For renovation IDFAC cover the entire Klang Valley, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Seremban. For outside the IDFAC area only cover 3d design so far.

HOW MUCH IS THE BUDGET TO RENOVATE A HOUSE?
The cost depends on the size of the house, material concept and scope of work involved.
DOES IDFAC HAVE A MINIMUM PROJECT COST?
None, but it usually starts from RM80k depending on the size of the house.
What do I need to prepare for the consultation session?
You only need to bring a layout plan (if available), in addition, you can provide the concept you are interested in, the scope of work and also the budget (if available).

Will IDFAC handle all renovation permits and applications for building managers?
Yes. DFAC also provides permit and application management services.
